Fundraiser Terms & Conditions
By applying to become a fundraiser with Endless Welfare Foundation,
you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Accurate Information

All information provided in the application must be accurate and complete.

Applicants must not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
2. Professional Conduct

Fundraisers are expected to represent Endless Welfare Foundation
professionally and respectfully.

No fundraiser may make unauthorized promises or commitments on behalf
of Endless Welfare Foundation.
3. Fundraising Activities

Fundraising activities must comply with applicable laws and EWF policies.

Donor information must be handled responsibly and confidentially.

Fundraisers must communicate honestly with donors and supporters.
4. Use of EWF Name & Identity
The Endless Welfare Foundation name, logo, branding and official materials
must not be used for unauthorized activities or personal benefit.
5. Application Review
Submitting this application does not automatically establish an official
fundraising relationship. Applications may be reviewed by the relevant
EWF team before approval.
6. Compliance
EWF reserves the right to decline an application or discontinue a
fundraising relationship where activities do not comply with its policies,
ethical standards or applicable requirements.
