EWF may receive donations designated by donors as Zakat, Sadaqah, Lillah, general donations, or for specific charitable purposes.

If you believe that a donation was made in error, duplicated, unauthorized, or processed incorrectly, please contact EWF as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.

EWF will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method where technically and practically possible.

Payment-provider charges, banking limitations, or other transaction costs may affect the method or timing of a refund.

EWF may operate campaigns or donation categories for specific purposes, including education, special children, water projects, disaster relief, Zakat, Sadaqah, community development, and other charitable activities.

Where a donation is specifically designated for a particular campaign, EWF will make reasonable efforts to apply the donation to that purpose.

If the stated campaign has already received sufficient funding, becomes unavailable, is completed, or circumstances prevent the funds from being used exactly as originally described, EWF may redirect the donation to a closely related charitable purpose or another appropriate EWF program, subject to applicable requirements and the nature of the donation.
