What is stress?
It is the feeling of emotional and physical tension. It comes from any thought or event that makes you feel angry, frustrated and nervous.
It is a body reaction to a challenge or demand. When stress lasts for a long time, it may be harmful for your health. Stress is our psychological and physiological reaction to an event or condition that is considered a threat or challenge. It is defined as a state of worry or mental tension cured by a difficult situation. It is a natural human response when we are in a situation, it is usually that we do not feel how we can manage or control the situation. Stress can be positive or negative.
Types:
There are following types of stress.
Acute Stress Reaction:
It is form of short term stress that results from a new or unexpected stressful situation.
It is response to a specific short term stress that results from a new or unexpected stressful situation. It is response to a specific short term stressor. It is happens to everyone. Acute stress results from your body’s reaction to new or challenging situation.
- Encounter Stress:
It is revolves around people. The pain of emotional stress can sometimes hit harder than other type of stress. There are many other types of stress are shear stress, Compressive stress, tensile stress and torsional stress.
- Burnout:
One you reach a state of burnout, it is difficult to maintain motivation to work and complete what you need to accomplish.
- Emotional stress:
The pain of emotional stress can hit harder than some other types of stress.
- Physical Stress:
It is often the most obvious form of stress.
- Mental Stress:
It is difficult to self-diagnose.
- Chronic stress:
It is stress that last for a longer period of time.
Symptoms of Stress:

- Chest pain or a feeling that your heart
