Developmental Delay a child with Developmental Delay has slowed severe or stops developmental phases. Child having Developmental Delay has not general the Developmental millstones or stills expected of him compared to millstones including shills such as:

Children with ID have difficulty in playing, learning, behaving, moving or speaking. They reach or develop this above millstone at different rates.
