Endless Welfare Foundation invites passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Volunteers to support our mission of serving Hajj pilgrims and promoting community welfare.
As a Volunteer, you will play an important role in helping the foundation organize and execute various programs, events, and activities aimed at facilitating smooth and spiritually fulfilling Hajj journeys for pilgrims. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your time, skills, and energy toward a noble cause while gaining valuable experience in social welfare and community service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of awareness sessions, pre-Hajj orientation programs, and educational workshops for pilgrims and their families.
- Assist in organizing foundation events, seminars, training programs, and community outreach activities related to Hajj welfare.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including helping with documentation, filing, data entry, and preparation of materials for pilgrim support programs.
- Participate in pilgrim registration drives, counseling sessions, and guidance activities before and after Hajj.
- Help coordinate logistics during events, such as venue setup, registration desks, distribution of educational materials, and crowd management.
- Contribute to post-Hajj feedback collection, success stories documentation, and impact assessment activities.
- Support digital and social media awareness campaigns by creating content ideas, helping with photography, or assisting in event coverage (optional, based on skills).
- Act as ambassadors of the foundation by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and Islamic values while interacting with pilgrims, donors, and the community.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and orientation programs organized by the foundation to build necessary skills and knowledge.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the program coordinators or management in support of the foundation’s welfare objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Strong commitment to volunteerism and passion for serving the Muslim Ummah, especially Hajj pilgrims
- Good communication skills in Urdu and English (additional languages will be an advantage)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during peak Hajj preparation periods
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and internet browsing)
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Respect for Islamic values and sensitivity toward religious sentiments
- No prior experience is required – training will be provided by the foundation
